The Forbie App facilitates the seamless update of your health status to your healthcare providers at any time and from any location. Simply open the app on your mobile device, complete the customized surveys designed by your providers, or record your health journal entries to share with them. Meant features include:

• Access your survey list and complete surveys at your convenience
• Choose between voice or text responses for surveys
• Easily pause and resume surveys
• Review and modify individual answers or entire survey responses
• Receive reminders to complete surveys
• Integration with healthcare wearable devices for tracking physical activities by providers
• Document daily health-related notes in your journal and share them with your providers
• Historical trend charts within the Journal feature

Description

As a user, the ability to review my journal history is essential for obtaining an overview of my mood, pain levels, and symptoms.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. I can access historical trend charts in the Journal via two methods:
   • Selecting the "View History" tab within the Journal section
   • Choosing "View your history" after saving a new entry to navigate to the "View History" tab
2. On the "View History" tab, by default, I can view three charts:
   • A mood pie chart displaying selected moods during the specified time period
   • A pain level trend chart
   • A multiple line chart for symptom tracking (prioritizing severe symptoms). Only displaying selected symptoms during the specified time period.
3. I can use a dropdown menu to select specific charts for viewing
4. I am able to filter the charts by time period using another dropdown menu
